Factory Scale

The factory covers an area of 40000 square meters, with a 2000 square meter three-dimensional storage warehouse for raw materials, 6 laser cutting and cutting machines, 10 welding robots, 18 welding workers, 6000 square meters of welding workshop, 6000 square meters of house assembly and trial assembly workshop, an outdoor house assembly site of 100X100 meters, 2 hot-dip galvanizing equipment for welding joints, 2 steel sandblasting equipment, 1 spraying line, 1 spraying kiln, and 3 professional hot-dip galvanizing manufacturers to ensure controllable production cycle.

High-quality raw materials

The steel materials are all national standard Q235B Q345B steels from the world's top 500 steel companies. The stainless steel screws and structural fixing screws are all screws that meet international standards. The powders used for spraying are all powders from Akzo Nobel that have a 10-year warranty in the harsh environment of the Middle East. The sealing glass glue is a brand of sealant used by Dow Chemical's Burj Khalifa in Dubai. Glass can provide European AGC standard tempered safety glass according to customer requirements.

Quality

1.Only raw materials from international and domestic brand factories are used to ensure the production of high-quality products from the source of materials.

2. Welding engineers have welding certificates and have passed the national assessment. The inspection standards for welds are in accordance with national standards: "Steel Structure Welding Code" GB50661-2011, "Steel Structure Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Standard" GB50205-2020

3.The thickness of the hot-dip galvanized layer of hot-dip galvanized steel is not less than 50 microns, and the thickness of the zinc spray layer at the welding port is not less than 50 microns.

4.The thickness of the powder spray layer is 100-120 microns.

5. All house components are assembled before spraying to ensure that each combination component can be assembled smoothly at the foreign customer site.

6. Each component and glass has a clear corresponding label, which is convenient for customers to assemble according to detailed assembly drawings.
